VINTAGE 80s Luci Fellini Black Print Peplum Dres

Vintage 1980s black and white printed peplum dress by Luci Fellini. Black and white flower print. Crew neck with short, black lined, cuffed sleeves. Buttons from waist up with hidden buttons and a large black button and snap button at neckline. Peplum skirt over a thin, almost pencil skirt. Large shoulder pads and a black faux leather belt, added by me. Size 10 Tall. Approximate Measurements: Shoulder to Shoulder - 18 inches Bust - 21 inches Length - 48.5 inches Materials: 100% polyester
