Reposhing this item I purchased from @chaoticgood. Fit wasn’t right around the hips for me. It’s in great condition, clean, a fun vibrant print. I only tried it on. Measurements below! Cute flounce skirt falls above the knee (5’9”). Very 80s silhouette. Great vintage condition! Still has a starchy feel! It’s a cotton fabric with no stretch.
