Made in the USA by Designers Originals. Lightweight and so very cute. Scalloped edging on neckline, as well as sleeves and waistline. No tag depicting size or material, but would best fit XS/S (see measurements to ensure fit) and is most likely made with woven cotton. Material is soft and does have some stretch.
