High waisted skirt with matching jacket Jacket is more of a relaxed fit Skirt length 31” Jacket length 24” My suggestion would be that this would fit best for size M, but double check your measurements for best fit. The skirt waist stretches just a tiny bit to 16” Great condition other than a little bit of puckering in the fabric on the front of the jacket, a little bit of the stitching around the inside seams of the jacket are a bit loose near shoulder pads- see photos. The little prong hook is missing from the belt, but the belt tucks in just fine without it through the belt loop. Distressed look to the fabric / bleaching techniques Velvet details, studs + paint. Ribbed textured in diff areas. Lace up, shoulder pads Rose print. One of a kind unique set.
