This is a fantastic vintage late 1960's to early 1970's sun dress made by "Periwinkle Loungewear". It is made of a 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend fabric in bright blue with a yellow, turquoise, pink and white floral print. It features a square neckline, full tent cut, stretch smocked back, and a ruffle tier hemline.
