This dress is a showstopper. Edward Abbott was a couture designer in New York from 1950 to 1980 and this is one of his stunning dresses. The only flaw I see is that the tulle should be attached to the dress. Lying flat the chest is 17", waist is 14", hips are 19" and the length is 44".
