This is a Vintage Torque Wrench made for the BELL SYSTEM. Model #AT-8411 BELL SYSTEM LOGO The base is an aluminum casting with a plated steel cover. This is an inch pounds model that runs in either direction to 600 inch pounds. APPROX 13" long. Has minor patina I inherited this from a family member.
