The vest is fully lined and has a tie front. The skirt has a back zipper and knit waistband with two top snaps.Also fully lined A-Line style. There are some black marks on the back of the right side right above the accent stripes. Gives it character!! Both pieces are cowhide split leather with 100% acrylic knit. The lining is 100% nylon.
