VINTAGE 1980s does 1950s sheer polka dot black n white full party skirt size 10

W / 30 L / 30 Such a classic polka dot skirt in a sheer material. A full skirt perfect for spinning and dancing. No tags, but based on the zipper I’d say it’s 1980s does 1950s, possibly handmade. Some fading of polka dots and a couple snags in the fabric on back hip. Shown in photos. It has a side side zip. No stretch to this fabric. Last photo I styled a Valentine’s Day look. All currently sold separate My closet is full of unique vintage all sold as is. I try to be transparent and show any flaws I see. This is not a new item and is at least 20 years old.
