VINTAGE 1980s Teal Puckered Velvet Blazer with Gathered Shoulder and Pouch Pocke

Awesome 1980s teal blazer has a sculpted, burnout, Deco/Nouveau patten that is actually done with puckering certain parts of the fabric. When you pull the fabric straight, the patten disappears. There is also a puckered pleated feature where the padded sleeve meets the full sleeve. This makes a garment look heavier I than it is. Has a Renaissance look. I have never seen anything this cool in all my years in fashion. Too bad it’s not my size!
