VINTAGE 1980's Kappi Event Dress. Black crushed velvet bodice with shoulder pads, sequined sleeves, Satin skirt with crinoline. Alive elastic in puff sleeves. Has a few stains on the skirt. Few sequences are missing or loose. Made in USA UNION MADE. The skirt is winter white in color. Size tag 6.
