VINTAGE 1980’s KATHRYN CONOVER button up dress. Padded shoulders, fabric buttons

Vintage KATHRYN CONOVER 1980’s button up dress. Padded shoulders, fabric buttons. Classic navy body with ivory trim. Peter Pan collar. Size US 10, fits a modern day ~8. Sleeves hit at the elbow. I usually wear an 8, but as you see in the pic, I can’t button the two over my chest/tummy. ☹️ Fabric tag is faded but I would guess rayon/linen blend. Such an adorable 1980’s classic look!!
