VINTAGE 1970S WRAP SKIRT

This is a charming vintage 1970s size 8 wrap skirt, it’s 32in open and laid flat at the top(plus ties) and 65in at the bottom, it has a button hole in the waist band for the tie to go though, it really , it really can fit a size 24 or 26 waist at the most , it would be lovely at the picnic in Oklahoma in August.
