VINTAGE 1960's Robin's Egg Blue Midi Dress Raw Silk (?)

🔸 This vintage '60s dress seems expertly home made so no tags. It's raw silk, or a fabric designed to look that way: hence the thread ends all through the fabric. It has a snap belt with a cute bow in back. Note the tiny repair made near the zipper. Ruching at waist.
