VINTAGE 1960’s BLUE VELVET TURBAN-STYLE HAT

Vintage circa 1960’s blue velvet, turban-style cloche hat with pink lining. Hat sits on top of the head and has quite a bit of height, likely worn pinned to the head. Handmade. 21 Inch inner head circumference. Additional measurements provided in photos. Preowned vintage. There is some darkening along the velvet of the inner brim.
