Pretty Vince brand blouse in an XS. Stretchy fabric of 83% Viscose & 17% Polyester Finely ribbed collar with pretty shell buttons going down the blouse. Fabric has a tendency to pull or run. 2 hardly noticeable runs on top left of the blouse as shown in photos. But needed to be called out. Gently worn. Suede like look and feel.
