VINCE Wrap Pencil Skirt

Vince wrap pencil skirt in midi length. Frontal envelope/overlap closure with zipper, external hook and internal button flap. This skirt is beautiful, comfortable and sexy, but unfortunately it's the wrong size for me. It's in good condition other than signs of wear on the hem (I don't know if that's standard for this model). Measurements: Waist: 15" Hips: 18" Length: 25.5" From a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. All items are steamed clean.
