VINCE Suede dress Dutch Blue Sz M

This is a soft lightweight suede dress. Excellent quality. Bell sleeves, 3 quarter length. It has one light spot on the front that could be removed w professional cleaning. But it’s not really visible when the dress is on with the way suede looks. I wore this dress 2 x a few years ago and it’s been sitting in my closet since. Needs a new home where someone will wear it.
