Two by Vince Camuto. This lightweight dress is great for layering! Semi-sheer with partial button up. Busy floral pattern is great for 90s grunge vibe, add some Docs or clunky sandals and you're good to go! Pre-owned but unsure if worn - no sign of wear that I can find.
