VIBRANT Laundry Floral Bubble Sun Dress w/ Bow

Such a lovely summer piece by Shelli Segal. Scoop neck & back, pleated bubble skirt,side pockets, staid bow (looks like bow could be unstitched if desired). Hidden back zip w/ hook & eye, fully lined. Tagged size 6, but pls see measurements. I'm a 4 & it was a bit loose around hips but upper bodice was tight on me. Bust 17", Waist 12 1/2", Length Shoulder-Hem 35". No Stretch. May be a sample- care/content tags are absent. Estimate shell to be silk or silk blend. Lining Cotton. Any ??'s pls ask
