VGUC black wool skirt in straight shape, sz XS

VGUC Japanese brand: Onward black wool skirt in straight shape w/ details such as fully lined, pockets like on a denim skirt, belt loops, & back pleat. This is a brand on par w/ Banana Republic. It’s been barely worn! Great for fall/winter & layers so you can get more use out of it. Bought while living in Asia & I don’t reach for it in So Cal winters. Measurements lying flat: waist 13.5”, hips 16.5” approx, length: 9”, & at hem 17.5”. Back pleat opening: 3.5”. Please ask any questions!
