Short black cape with an embellishment on each arm. Purchased from a local shop a few years ago, worn 5-10x. Works well in light fall/cool spring weather. no rips, stains or tears Item is one size, but I guesstimate would best fit a small-a small-medium (up to size 8). It measures 28 inches long
