Price firm. these are 28, the waist measures 29, these are all cotton, the widest point on hip area is 18.5, inseam is 29, the rise is 12 inches. Leg is straight with signature westwood textile pattern at ankle. These are amazing!!! True to size but all cotton, no stretch. So cute in the bum and surpisingly flattering.
