Very rare find. 8 Goblets made by Indiana glass.co. and these are vaseline glass w the carnival iridescent coat as well. this is a really pretty set. this wont last long.

johntanttari @chattenoire13 i dont own a blacklight. just being honest. all my glass came from a estate sale and it was in dated boxes. it fits the timeframe perfect and i had 2 ppl tell me they were vaseline. its obvious they are green and carnival. but i dont own a blacklight im sorry.

chattenoire13 vaseline glass is yellow. that's why it's called vaseline glass. it glows green under UV. uranium glass can be green, and glows green under UV. would you be willing to accept a return of these do not glow?

johntanttari @chattenoire13 i know all about it maam. i do own true vaseline pieces. it w the fact that its glass and just being the emerald carnival and the manufacturer make them worth what im asking wether they glow or not. i am willing to discount the sale but shipping collectable glass back and forth im not comfortable doing that. the money isnt the issue its the history this is my grandparents estate. so i just try to use the notes and all the magazines my grandmother showed me about.

johntanttari i am willing to sell the set for 80. which is the value of 8 Indiana glass emerald green goblets. so your not paying for the uranium glass incase it happens not to be pure. you are correct for being cautious there is a 4 yr period where glass was made the color of vaseline glass but it doesnt glow. i do have some of those as well but they are figurines and little paperweights.

johntanttari @chattenoire13 ok i apologize i just dont own a blacklight and ive tried to use a app on my phone but it doesnt put off enough light and if you hold it real close its deceiving because its bright anyway. if i can get them under a good light i will message and let you know as well as add a pic to the listing.thank you for stopping by my closet and happy poshing😁
