@fghjhfghj234567 It is a waist length cape with a black ribbonbelt that connects from the front around the waist to the back tying in a cute bow. Black ribbon piping borders the cape and a beautiful large beaded button snap. It has a fitted look, true medium size. Great with jeans or a fitted black skirt or dress.
