VERSACE x ROSENTHAL - Russian Dream Faberge - Salad Plate - 8 7/8" 22cm

This is an extraordinary original piece from Versace's original iconic collaboration with Rosenthal - this is not one of the less-expensive 25th anniversary reissues. It is done in the Faberge-inspired Russian Dream pattern. The primary colorway is creamy peach/pink rim color and a sky blue center, there are accents in pale yellow, lapis lazuli, and others. The plate is hand-crafted and is accented with hand-painting as well as hand-painted 24K gold. Russian Dream commonly coordinates with the Butterfly Garden and Le Jardin de Versace patterns. This plate is 100% authentic and was purchased directly from Rosenthal in Germany. It was a sale piece with a tiny scratch on the bottom label to indicate. (shown in photo) It is in excellent barely used condition and was primarily used for display in a cabinet collection. Original retail around $300 each - these were purchased on sale so some have a hairline through the logo, some plates may have very tiny variations / imperfections due to being handmade.
