Skirt is preloved in good condition. Skirt shows signs of wear, tear on the side (as shown on pics), light fading on the button, signs of wear on the zipper area. Looks like easy fix. It was very expensive piece purchased at Nehman Marcus for over 450$. Skirt has authenticity bar code that can be scanned easily with one click. Size 8 (8 years and height 128). Runs bigger. My sister was 11 when we bought it for her.
