Like new, purchased in Feb 2022 - still have original box (too huge) and tags. It is in the color Black/Caramel. It's beautiful but I knew it was larger than I was looking for but since I opened up the package weeks after it arrived I could no longer return it to Neiman Marcus. There is zero wear showing because I've used it just a few times. It can definitely be considered new with tags but that's not right to say. You will love it if you are looking for a large tote.
