Perry Ellis Suit Grey Black Velvet Skirt and Collar 10 The skirt is no longer available…… measures like a size 6 yet is a vintage 10; it fits a 26-27" waist and a 36" hip. The skirt is just covering the knee in length on a woman 5'6" to 5'-8" The jacket fits an 8-10 and has a loose fit as there is a pleat in the back. It has one hand stitch in the bottom of the pleat to keep the jacket neat yet the original design has the pleat unstitched and free-flowing. The hand stitch can be easily removed, as you prefer. Very good to excellent condition, lightly used, no flaws, light to normal wear. The velvet looks very good, clean no flattening.
