Beautiful and like new! "Shirt" is only a single, solid black, piece of velvet - not two separate items! Very classic vintage piece with glittered "jacket" layer. Subtle shoulder pads - may be from late 80's or early 90's. Oversized, relaxed fit. Necklace is also built in!
