Beautiful and like new! "Shirt" is only a single, solid black, piece of velvet - not two separate items! Very classic vintage piece. Relaxed, oversized fit. I'm not sure if this is late 80's or early 90's, but it does have subtle shoulder pads. The glittered velvet "jacket" is especially stunning.
