This beautiful top is made by Manière De Voir (a French designer). I only wore this once for a movie premier. It is in fantastic condition! No scratches, stains, rips, or tears. All the buckles for the under part work! The zipper on the back zips perfectly with no issues! The gloves shown in the photos are included. The metal straps are removable!
