mandy_123 @mercedesriina hi!! Omg I’m so sorry that’s happening! I just emailed hatch support to Deregister it from my account. I will let you know as soon as they do that and she should be good to use it! I apologize I hadn’t been using it and didn’t even think to take it off my account 🤦🏻‍♀️
