@cheryllramirez It does need a battery and I can drop the price a little more since the battery in it is dead. I apologise for not putting that down on the description.

@cheryllramirez It says it is waterproof up to 100 ft. So sorry for the late reply.

Is it marked 925?

Silver tone is not sterling silver. Silver tone is a costume metal that is plated silver. It would not be waterproof. Even those rhinestones are definitely not waterproof. The chemicals used in swimming pools could damage a lovely watch like this. I would not advise it.

@thumper_white I owe you an apology. I lost a lot of money on watches and some jewelry fromover half the items saying items were sterling and I felt ripped off. some knew what they sold was fake. I'm cautious now. You didn't deserve my anger. I'm happy you sold your watch . stay safe and well.

@momaknowsbest by the way, if you buy jewelry where the seller claims is sterling silver and it was not ( you can prove it) you may be able to return the item. I have had to do that once.
