VANDERBILT JEWEL OPAL & CRYSTAL RING - JRTGCW3

Part of the Ronté of Beverly Hills "The Vanderbilt Jewel" collection, this ring is adorned with five iridescent marquee shaped genuine opals & five round crystals set in a gold tone leaf-like pattern. Opals have been found as far back as 4,000 B.C., most likely from Ethiopia. Bedouins once believed that the opal held lightning and fell from the sky during thunderstorms, and have been compared to fireworks, galaxies & volcanoes.
