VALENTINO Vintage Couture Green Plaid & Floral Silk 4-Pc Ensemble SIZE 6-8 Med

This charming couture ensemble with a 1980s Valentino Boutique label comprises a jacket, tank top, and large scarf - all in green plaid - and a co-ordinating floral skirt. The unlined, cropped jacket has a crew neck, full-length, loose raglan sleeves, and shoulder pads. It also has open pleats in front and closes with very big rhinestone soliraire buttons. The long sleeveless tank top is a simple pullover design with a scoop neck. The scarf is 50-inches square and can be worn in different ways, a couple of which we've shown here. The skirt is a pencil style with a few light gathers at the waistband, on-seam pockets, and a side zipper. There are no fabric tags in the green plaid components. The large paper tag in the skirt identifies all of the fabrics as silk, and the skirt lining as polyester. The pieces are labeled vintage size 8. Sizing charts indicate that the pieces are a modern size 8 with a skirt waist that is on the cusp between a size 6 and size 8. Please refer to the measurements for the best guidance regarding actual size. JACKET MEASUREMENTS - Raglan sleeves don't have shoulder seams to measure between for shoulder width. - Chest is about 36" - Sleeve length is 27" from center back of neck to bottom of cuff - Length is 19" down center back. SKIRT MEASUREMENTS - Waist is 27.5" - Hips are 39" - Length is 22" TANK TOP MEASUREMENTS - Chest is 36" - Length is 20" down center back CONDITION Excellent condition with no apparent flaws.
