V Neck Tank Top Dress

V Neck Bright colored dress. Smocked bust and elastic backing makes this fit very comfy! I purchased this at a local boutique and never took the tags off. Size M but fits like a L. Very feminine and has adorable ruffles. Arm pit to end of dress is 25 inches. Pit to pit measurement across the bust can be stretch up to 17 to 18 inches. Perfect for vacation, resort wear, or just a fun spring summer dress!
