Hi can you tell me sleeve length measured from shoulder? Also are the rubber areas stretchy? Any stains or damage? Thanks!

@djentilet it’s 23 inches. Not tears, the ribbed part on the sides are only there for style. Inside it does have a draw string where you can hinge the middle a little. I have added a picture.
