This item is brand new and didn’t meet my expectation with how it fitted on my new mic. So, I immediately took it back off and have never opened it again. rjncache Hello.. may I please ask as a beginner podcast if those would be good for me. I will be recording with laptop or phone in quit environment/zoom. There are so many different varieties of names I was just please hoping for your honest opinion for a start off microphone. It looks great but again I am brand new ty

mslrj @rjncache Hi! This is only the microphone shield. It’s great for noise cancellation or capturing the true effect of an artist’s voice (pitch, harmony, tone, etc...). If you are in need of a mic, I will be honored to Bless you with my old one that I don’t use anymore. It’s a great quality for capturing your voice through podcast... you’d just have to purchase a cable because I’m using that particular cable on my new microphone.
