Utensils Large Decorative

Two vintage kitchen utensils I think these are for decor only however it appears they’ve been used. The heads are wooden and I’m not sure what the silver handles are made from. They don’t feel plastic but they aren’t heavy… sorry I don’t know my metals. One of the wooden tips is chipped off over time. Please ask any questions
