Used and no cover heated pet mat for small dogs (13” x 19”) 60 watts of power

Used electric and no cover heated pet mat for small dogs (13” x 19”) 60 watts of power Model HM-60S from FARM INNOVATORS INC. Has no fleece cover but a one time there was a free fleece cover. Has a little rust on the coil but can be cleaned off look at pictures it’s not on the wire itself it’s on the coil case-son from being in storage got a little wet the box and rusted the case-son as I mentioned but it works fine and I paid 72.99 before taxes and selling it cheap. I only got to use it a couple of times.
