Used Apple iPad Minis In Working Condition Both With Issues Models A1489 & A1432

This listing is for two ipad Minis (I believe that's what they are called) both charge both turn on. one is cracked and one has the touch aspect "off". I am thinking they can be fixed but I honestly don't want to put the money out. These would be good if you know how to fix them or can get it done inexpensively.
