Urban renewal double breasted trench coat upcycled into short sleeve jacket

This is an upcycled item from urban renewal. It was originally a trench coat but now is a short sleeved jacket or top or dress. Very versatile. Original tag says 8 p. The upcycled tag says s/m. It was put together beautifully, with pleating at the bottom and also comes with the belt tie.
