Urban outfitters sweatshirt tunic

Reposhing this item I purchased from @sforstate. This top is totally unique, kind of a backside-of-the-fabric vibe. The neckline is wide so if you have wider shoulders, it will fit as a boat neck and if you have narrower shoulders you can get away with a slide-off-one-shoulder look. Questions?
