Silence + Noise urban outfitters brand open back teal dress. This dress is sooooo cute, it reminds me of the Brandy Melville jada dress. It features an open back and side zipper for easy on/off. Only flaw is the back right side is coming undone where the open back is. It's an easy fix if you can sew.
