sydmoo22 I just wanted to double check the waist measurements before I accept an offer. 12' (24 around) is pretty small for a large.

cbposh7 @golden_evil Hi there, sorry for the delayed response! I somehow missed this notification. Please see attached photo with tape measure. it does give a bit more stretch to a tad over 13 inch flat. It does fit smaller than a traditional large (I purchased it thinking it would fit me and missed the return window for it being too small on me.)
