Urban outfitters mini skirt. Size Medium

Vivid and bright adorable Urban Outfitters mini skirt. Great for the beach or a hot summer day. Very light weight and has some stretch. Waist will stretch about 5” beyond measurement shown. Fits me snugly and I’m typically a size 8-10 in pants/skirts. Probably would fit a size 6-8 the best. 85% cotton, 15% Flex. Fully lined and lining is 100% cotton.
