Urban outfitters floral mini dress

Embroidered floral mini dress. Elastic at the top, so can be worn off the shoulder. Size L but runs very small!! I would say it fits more like a small or medium. I usually wear a size small and am 5’1 for reference. Worn once on my honeymoon (last picture)
