Urban Outfitters midi length polka dot skirt

UO brand polka dot maxi skirt. It is a linen like fabric but, not fully linen. Less wrinkling and more sturdy. Skirt is mid calf length but has a slit on the side that goes up to mid-thigh with another layer of fabric under and a knot at the top (see picture). Fits true to size.
