Urban Outfitters flowy dress

New with tags! In impeccable condition, I'll be sure to iron it before I send it!! ... strapless, above knee length on me (I'm 5'3"). I tried returning it in the store but since the price tag says a different price from the tag on the dress, I wasn't able to return it. It's a lovely dress :)
